The Just Get Fit TEAM of Health and Fitness Coaches has the education, certification, and experience to stand out from the rest – making Just Get Fit the best! Through Just Get Fit’s continuing education program, our TEAM of Health and Fitness Coaches learn the latest in health and fitness research and training techniques - to help you reach your goals!

Just Get Fit’s Health and Fitness Coaches will design an exercise training program just for you. We are always available to everyone – those new to exercise, those wanting to re-evaluate or update their current exercise plan or to those seeking a personal fitness coach on a regular, individualized basis.

We pride ourselves in working with a network of professionals such as physicians, chiropractors, nutritionists, physical therapists, mental health practitioners and other fitness leaders to provide you with the optimal service for your needs.

Our ENERGETIC, INNOVATIVE and MOTIVATING personal fitness training programs are available on an individual, partner or group basis, featuring:

  • Adventure Training
  • Aqua Fitness
  • Sports Performance conditioning for the Recreational to the High School, Collegiate or Professional Athlete
  • Walking / Running Programs - get ready to train for a 5K to your very 1st Marathon
  • Cardiovascular / Strength / Flexibility Conditioning for all ages and abilities

​Individual Training​

Just Get Fit offers individual personal fitness training with your specific goals in mind.  Our goal is to assist you in accelerating your fitness success.  After reviewing your medical and training history, discussing your goals and completing a health and fitness assessment, we then plan out a training program designed just for you.  We will guide you every step of the way through cardiovascular and strength training focusing on enhancing body movement, education, nutritional guidance - grocery shopping tours and emphasizing the importance of a positive mental attitude!

Partner Training

A great way to get fit and have some fun with a spouse, family member, friend or co-worker or let us pair you up with someone and voila! …a new friend, just for you!

Small Group Training

Available for groups of three, this type of training is a great fit if you enjoy working out with others and are looking for that extra camaraderie and maybe even the competitor in you might pop out!  Experience the positive benefits of having a personal fitness trainer with added accountability and affordability! (For Groups larger than 3 please contact us for other options)

All JGF Clients are required to complete a health and fitness assessment or receive full clearance from their physician prior to starting an exercise program with Just Get Fit, LLC.​

Health and Fitness Assessment (includes but is not limited to):​
Height, Weight, Resting Blood Pressure and Heart Rate, Body Fat% Testing (Skin fold), Circumference Measurements, Cardio-respiratory Endurance, Flexibility, Muscular Endurance and Muscular Strength.​
